MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchace is quite straightforward. Just browse our store. If you would like to purchase an item/s click on the icon 'add to bag'when you have finished shopping click on the icon 'shopping bag', at this point your chosen products, shipping and total cost of your order will be displayed, to proceed, click the 'click the 'checkout now' icon where your details will be collected. This will enable us at Gemaroma to fulfil your order.

Gemaroma uses Pay Pal to handle customer payments
PRICES
All prices are GPB (pounds sterling)
DELIVERY OF GOODS
We aim to despatch goods within 7 working days. Goods are sent by Royal MAIL 1st class registered post
DELIVERY COSTS
We charge a standard £2.95 for one item and £1 is added for each additional item to be delivered
BACK ORDERS
We make every effort to ensure that when making a purchase your goods are in stock. If goods are out of stock we will back order for you aiming to deliver your goods within 10 working days. If the delay is likely to exceed 10 days, we will inform you and give the the option of cancelling your order if the delay is unacceptable.
RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not completly satisfied with your purchase/s from Gemaroma, you should return the goods within 7 working days of receipt of delivery for a full refund minus our initial delivery costs. The returned goods must be unused, in original condition and carefully packaged.
DAMAGED GOODS
Please notify us immediately at
info@gemaroma.co.uk if your goods arrive damaged. All goods leave our premises in perfect condition.
Gemaroma shall accept no liability or responsibility for any damages which occur during transit or losses incurred due to late delivery.
We will only accept returns when sent via recorded delivery. If your goods arrive damaged please refer to notes on rear of delivery note.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day the goods were received. You should notify us by e-mail. The returned goods must be unused, in original packaging. A full refund minus our initial delivery costs will be made as soon as possible.
